No. FFL Elite Suite is an independent product for dealers who already hold a license. Academy is the separate education and licensing product for people working toward an FFL.
No. Firearms, A&D entries, 4473s and background checks are unlimited on every plan. We will never meter regulatory recordkeeping — that would create pressure to under-record.
Nothing is cut off mid-answer. The allowance is a soft monthly limit: we show your usage in the app, finish any answer already in progress, and then invite you to upgrade or wait for the monthly reset. There are no per-question overage charges and no surprise usage billing.
Your workspace becomes read-only and export-only. Records are never deleted while your account exists, and you can export a complete copy at any time on any plan.
Yes. The import wizard reads CSV and XLSX exports, detects the source layout, maps columns and validates every row before anything is written. RecordSync then compares outside data against your Suite records so you can review any differences.
Yes, at any time. Upgrades apply immediately and downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period. Your records are unaffected either way.
Enterprise is in early access. The seats, assisted migration, priority support and higher AI allowance are available today; multi-premises administration and cross-premises reporting are still in active development. We would rather talk to you first than sell you a roadmap.
No software is ATF approved, and FFL Elite is not affiliated with or endorsed by the ATF. FFL Elite Suite is built around the recordkeeping requirements in 27 CFR Part 478 and gives you a transparent self-assessment of your own records, but you remain responsible for your records and your transfer decisions. We do not provide legal advice.
