Becoming a Federal Firearms Licensee is not hard because the rules are secret. It is hard because the rules are scattered across federal guidance, state statute, county zoning and city ordinance — and nobody hands you a single ordered list. Academy exists to turn that scatter into one guided path, organized around where you actually live and the license you actually need.
Getting approved is the beginning, not the finish line. On day one a new licensee inherits recordkeeping obligations that outlive the business itself. Reconciliation software that silently 'fixes' your data is quietly rewriting a regulatory record. RecordSync never does that.
