Do I pay ATF fees through FFL Elite?

No. Your ATF application fee is paid directly to the ATF, and fingerprint services are paid to the provider. Membership only covers the training and the paperwork tools.

Is my state covered?

Yes. Federal training applies everywhere, and state and county specific tracks are added on top based on the address in your profile.

Can I cancel?

Any time. You keep access through the end of the billing period, and your saved profile and form drafts remain in your account.

Do I need the SOT program?

Only if you plan to deal in NFA items such as suppressors, short-barreled rifles or machine guns. It is an add-on for after your FFL is issued.
