Terms & Conditions
Last updated August 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of FFL Elite (the "Service"), operated by Aspire Investment Group Inc., dba FFL Elite ("we", "us"). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service you agree to these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization; otherwise you confirm you are of legal age to contract.
1. What the Service provides
FFL Elite is an online educational platform. It provides training on obtaining and maintaining a Federal Firearms License and a Special Occupational Tax stamp, state and county specific guidance, tools that help you prepare ATF forms and letters, a mock interview simulator, and an AI companion that answers questions about your licensing process.
We do not sell, transfer or broker firearms, ammunition, suppressors or any regulated item, and we do not process any government fee. Application fees are paid directly to the ATF, and renewal fees are paid directly through Pay.gov.
2. Not legal advice
All content, generated documents and AI responses are for general educational purposes only. They are not legal, tax or compliance advice, and we are not affiliated with the ATF, the FBI or any state or local agency. Federal, state and local firearms law changes frequently and varies by jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of everything you submit to a government agency and should verify requirements with the ATF, your state authority and, where appropriate, a licensed attorney.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep it current, including the state, county and address details used to tailor your guidance and pre-fill your forms. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- break any law, or plan or facilitate any unlawful firearms activity;
- commit fraud, misrepresent your identity, or submit false information to a government agency;
- send spam, infringe anyone's intellectual property, or upload unlawful content;
- interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, including malware, probing, scraping, circumventing access controls, or reverse engineering;
- resell, redistribute, publish or share course content, lessons or templates with non-members.
5. AI companion
The AI companion may produce inaccurate or incomplete answers and must not be relied on as a substitute for the official ATF instructions or professional advice. You are responsible for the prompts you send, for verifying any output before acting on it, and for having the rights to any content you submit. We may moderate, filter, restrict or refuse outputs, and may apply usage limits to keep the feature available to all members.
6. Intellectual property
We retain ownership of the Service and all of its content, including curriculum, lesson text, audio narration, letter templates, software and branding. Your membership grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own licensing process. Official ATF forms are U.S. government documents; your saved answers remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to host and process your content solely to provide the Service.
7. Payment and subscription terms
Memberships are billed monthly or annually in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. The SOT program is available as a one-time purchase or as a monthly add-on. You can cancel, upgrade, downgrade or update your payment method at any time from the billing page in your account; on cancellation you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
All purchases are for digital access to online educational course material. No physical goods are sold, shipped, transferred or brokered, and we do not sell firearms, ammunition, parts or accessories. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe, on behalf of Aspire Investment Group Inc., dba FFL Elite; applicable sales tax and VAT are calculated and collected at checkout. Cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by our Refund Policy.
8. Service level and warranties
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we exclude indirect, consequential or special damages including lost profits, lost data or loss of goodwill. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not permit exclusion. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination your right to use the Service ends; you may export your saved form data for a reasonable period before deletion.
11. General
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Aspire Investment Group Inc., dba FFL Elite is established, and disputes will be heard in the courts of that jurisdiction. You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. If we change these terms we will update the date below and, for material changes, notify you in the app.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms, your account or a purchase can be sent to FFLEliteadmin@gmail.com, and we will respond as promptly as we can.
