The interview is an education and verification visit. The investigator works through an acknowledgement checklist covering the rules you will be held to, and confirms your premises matches your application.

The Acknowledgement Sheet

The investigator reviews a standard set of statutory and regulatory items and records that you understand each one. Reading them cold is what makes applicants nervous; reading them in advance removes the surprise.
